Dear Pastor, Church Clerk or Moderator:

Our 2026 ABCOFLASH Annual Meeting is scheduled for October 2-3, 2026 and needs YOU. The Business Session will be held IN PERSON on Saturday, October 3, at 2:00 p.m.

Without your attendance and participation, we cannot build and/or sustain fellowship and growth within this ABC Community. We are aware that this request for Delegates has not been enforced for a few years, but note that this was because no voting was required.

You should have received your 2026 Annual Meeting brochure. We are focusing on gathering the names of delegates representing your church. (Please note that all delegates assigned/chosen serve for an entire year).

Please take a moment to register Delegates, based on the membership formula on the Delegate Registration Form enclosed. Delegate participation is an important part of our regional ministry and helps ensure your church has a voice in shaping our region's future.

ACTION REQUIRED no later than September 24, 2026.

Each delegate will be assigned a unique PIN to use during the business session.
