The ABCOFLASH Executive Minister search committee is gathering information that will assist us in identifying the needs of our churches and the characteristics and skills needed in our next Executive Minister to meet those needs. To that end, we have a link to a survey seeking your thoughts. Your honest responses to the questions contained in the survey will greatly assist our search committee. Please remember to pray for us regularly as we go about this process.

The survey has been translated into Spanish, and our Latino Ministries office has sent a copy to each church.

What is a focus group?

We are in the process of scheduling focus groups around the region. The dates, times, and locations will be sent via the region's weekly email and posted on our website.
